The family of Dan Toth reports they have received a quick email from him that states he is alright.  Thanks for all the prayers on his behalf.

Continue to pray for the men and women who serve their country in the armed forces as well as their families at home.

I know that the war in Iraq is a hot button issue to a lot of us on the Stream.  Please set aside your personal feelings and pray for the following request.

A friend of a friend passed on the following request.  Her nephew is a member of a SEAL team stationed in Iraq.  It was hit this past Saturday.  One team member and two other Navy soldiers were killed.

The only info that the family has received is her nephew, Dan Toth, is alive.  Please keep him and his family in your prayers.  Please pray for the other members of his unit and their families too.

• Mikey's sister has been diagnosed with a rare blood disease
• Topaz and her health
• Celtic Mist as she recovers from her broken foot
• Diane's (Bookworm's friend)mother-in-law is in the hospital in serious condition
• Granny and her family (they have found a new church home)
• Shayla's friends as they recover from the car accident
• Big Dean as he recovers from open heart surgery
• River Rat and her health concerns
• Our men and women who are serving in the Armed Forces (Regardless of your feelings about the war)
• Our Country and its leadership on both sides of the political spectrum
• Any unspoken requests or needs known only to God

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Prayer Requests

River Rat fell this week and is suffering from jaw pain.  She's going to the doctor, but is worried about the cost of treatment because currently she lacks health insurance

Topaz, For her health concerns and as she travels and visits relatives

Granny has asked for prayer for her family

Big Dean is at home from heart bypass surgery.  Pray for his recovery to continue and his strength to return to him.

Shayla requests prayer for her loved ones.  Especially for Cayden her best friend who was in a car accident.

Heide's sister in law is in remission from Mulitple Myeloma!

Heide's husband's heart condition is stable now.

Andrea (Bookworm's friend) reports that her cousin is out of the hospital

and responding well to his treatment for lymphoma.

New Prayer Requests

Here is the accident/injury report taken from Shayla's blog:

Cayden fractured her nose (she got a brace and stitches).  She also screwed up her knee pretty badly.  I think I’m done crying.  She was in the car with Rylan (her boyfriend), Brent (her older brother) and Maggie (Brent’s friend).  They were heading to their hotel from Cayd’s v-ball tournament… they were creeping out to turn onto a pretty dull road and this a...... came flying by (like 80 mph) and hit them from the right…

Cayden was in the middle (he has a pickup) and her head flew forward and hit the dashboard… Brent was o.k. just shooken up… Rylan is in the E.R. last I heard… he hit his head… and Maggie wasn’t doing to good… cuz she was in the back seat in the middle and her seatbelt came undone and she flew up in front… the truck is demolished… but I’m just prayin for a miracle… they think the other driver might need some surgeries… they think he was probably drunk (I didn’t hear much about him).
